Goods okay - delivery not as described
The goods were delivered as described although the delivery charges were high and not as described. As a buyer you are led to believe that this company is UK based and delivers using UK Royal Mail. You are therefore led to believe that goods sent the same day would be delivered within a couple of days. Well the company isn't based in the Uk and deliveries aren't from the Uk and therefore in my case took a week from dispatch day. If you don't mind waiting, then the goods I received were as expected.

Excellent, professional & value for money
If you are any doubt as to whether to use this company or not then my advise would be to use them. Use the trial at home service first to get a feel for the frames you want, then once you have input your prescription order the frames and lenses, it's that simple.
My prescription was for varifocal lenses. This involves an extra step, whereby Glasses Direct send you an empty box (at their cost) and you send them a pair of your varifocals (at their cost),if you have them, and they make your new glasses with the same centres. They return your old glasses within a day or two.
A very good company who saved me over £200 on my order. I will be using them again.
