Apathetic, Profit-focussed, Performance dodgers

We used to use Regus as an office base, but after experiencing their 'we don't care' attitude to everything for 9 months we decided enough was enough and voted with our feet. That is when they really showed their true colours, they unleash all the fees they can muster and take forever to return your own deposit funds. Nearly 9 weeks and still waiting. I've contacted both centre manager and customer services and chased until I have given up on them. They know they have until 2 Nov 2012 to clear the outstanding deposit balance into my account, otherwise they can poke what is left of the deposit and I'll post the full review of my Regus experience on here instead (a clue - it's not a good one). Mind you, I wrote to them a month ago to say I was considering this measure if they didn't shape up - no-one from Regus even bothered responding. Unbelievable! The ball is in your court now Regus.

Update: 31-10-12. Regus have finally pulled their finger out and we are now in receipt of our full deposit return, assisted by the fact they have a far more professional, reliable and efficient centre head in place. We can therefore finally draw a line under the matter and focus back on developing our own business.

Great Looking Promo Sign

I ordered some vehicle signage and had an order issue that was handled super-efficiently by the customer service team and my product was with me the morning after my telephone call. The product looks great, very slick. Will certainly be using these guys again.
