The Mutts proverbials

Ordered a bike from this company on friday 7/12, said it would take 1-3 days for dispatch, but took a week. However, everytime i contacted them they were very informative, and told me what exactly was happening. A very courteous and professional outfit, can't fault them at all, and they also price match too, so i know where my biking bits and bobs are coming from in the future.

Avoid if you need a bike next day.

I placed an order for a bike at 8pm on a wednesday night, and chose the £17.50 next day delivery (for friday), cut off point for next day delivery is midday, so i was well before that. On the thursday, at 11:40am i received an email, stating that the bike i wanted was'nt available until april 2014, what? If thats the case then why give me the option to have it delivered the next day? Why didnt it say it was out of stock? why didnt i receive an email far in advance of midday cut off so i could order again?. I decided to try and order a bike again on thursday afternoon, again i chose next day delivery at £17.50, get an email an hour later, we have the bike but you'll have to wait a few days and can't have it next day delivery. IF I CANT GAVE SOMETHING ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHY THE HELL DOES IT GIVE THAT OPTION? Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs, stick to wiggle, at least they're honest.

I've recycled 3 phones with fonehub so far, and each time it was a very quick and simple service. The payment is fast and are some of the best recycling prices on the net.



Got a text on friday18/5 saying my parcel will be delivered between 9am and 6pm, waited in all day and surprise surprise, nothing. Went to DPD site and checked my tracking number and it says 'redelivey request made for 21/5', now to have made a redelivery request, there should have been anattempt to 'deliver' it in the first place, the DPD van even delivered across the road from me, but oh no, too much trouble to walk 20 extra feet to give my parcel to me, pathetic. I'm now going to ask every company that i order from if they use DPD or YODEL, and if they do, then i shall seek my products elsewhere, garbage.
