I ordered 2 of the same electronic item and they just cancelled my order just because i ordered two. i had to wait 1week for reimbursement to be able to order them again from somewhere else. And their customer service manager is very rude, i don't know how she became customer services manager but when i wanted to speak to her supervisor, she told me that she is actually a manager and i was really surprised.
i ordered PS3 from ebay in 2008 and i have never received it. i opened dispute through paypal and they didn't do anything. They just wanted me to report seller to police to be able to get refund. i have called paypal 50 times and they covered half of my loss months later but phone bill is not included :) Well since then i didn't buy anything from ebay until this year.Fortunately i didn't have problem with my last orders but i was so nervous even i bought them from ebay's top sellers.
i had order some items from them, i received 2 of my orders in good condition, i have received 1 wrong item (it has been returned) and one of them has not been delivered at all. Well those unwanted situation can be understandable but customer service is just a rubish. Whenever i talked to them, i just hardly stopped myself not to get angry. Well if you ask me ,would i buy stuff from them again.Yes i would but only if i have to.
I have ordered a laptop from them and i received it as it is,no wrapping at all. They stuck shipping label on the laptop box and they sent it just like that. i would give 1 star for that but at least they kept their promise and they dispatched it via express delivery as i have paid for it.It is just careless manner. I suggest them to be more careful when they dispatch something valuable (£730).
