Fast, helpful service
I ordered a couple of platypus water bottles from Facewest and they arrived within a couple of days.
The company also gives you 10% of your last order of your next. Which is an excellent way to reward your loyal customers. Well done Facewest!

Good communication but a short delay
I ordered a tent and rollmat from the website where both items were shown as in stock. I was contacted the following day to say that unfortunately the tent was out of stock but they were expecting some in soon. As I was due to be using it in the near future I contacted Outdoorgear4u to see when it would be arriving. The response I received was helpful, courteous and, most importantly, quick. Sure enough within 10 days or so the tent was with me on the date they said it would be.
A helpful company with good customer service. I would buy from them again.
