Still awaiting a refund four weeks later!

I would never recommend buying from this company - and I wish I had've read more reviews before I did! I ordered some headphones and were told they were in stock and would be delivered within 5 days - and the money was taken from my credit card immediately. When there was no sign of them I contacted WAE Plus who told me they'd be another 5-7 days. Having read some reviews about their practices by now, I decided to cancel immediately. They said they'd process the cancellation no problem, but I am STILL waiting for the refund four weeks later! I've now had to process it through my credit card as a disputed item. I would never recommend this company and I will never buy from them again. They can keep the £5 they used to incentivised me to write this review!

Pots and Pans

Right product, great price, quick delivery

Was happy with their service; I purchased a chef's knife and got it for 35% less than retail; and free P&P. Ordered and it was delivered two days later, exactly as desired and well packed. Would definitely order from them again. Only thing is they opt you in automatically to their (rather frequent) email comms so do expect to have to manually opt out if you're not interested.

Jokers' Masquerade

Great costume, good price, excellent service

Whenever I order any fancy dress, Joker's Masquerade (joke.co.uk) is always my first port of call. They have the best range of costumes and are generally very price competitive. They also have an excellent range of delivery options from "I need it ASAP!" to "This weekend should do", and I have never been let down with them in the multiple times I have ordered. In this case, I ordered a Tiger costume for next day delivery by 5pm and it was on my desk by 1pm the next day. Excellent as always!
