Mainly good
The web page is a bit difficult to use. Difficult to locate special deals and very few rooms seem to be available at discount rates.

I can just type in as i would ask and it gives me loads to choose from. Have used since I started on internet, tried others but still come back and also recommend to others.

I have had no real problems over many years.
I have TV Broadband and phone service and recently took out mobile contract. I have the TV in a spare bedroom for the Catch-up feature with a video, would have upgraded to TIVO but my bundle price is very very good (14 yrs at same rate) and it would cost more than my current price + my Sky + (which I would remove).

Best prices generally, friendly and helpful staff. Home delivery system is excellent. Lets have free delivery.

So far am very happy
I have only just set the machine up and was a little familiar with one prior to purchase. So far I am happy, the product was packaged well and very good value. Delivery was good although a day later than expected but I was able to keep an eye on that online and it almost to the minute quoted. Ideal for in the bedroom as I do not need to use the record feature every day, got Sky + for that. Perfect to record half hour programmes to watch if I wake in the night or just prior to dropping off - even when having a lie in in the morning.
