I ordered two items from Evans shop, cycle shorts and jersey, not big items and from the computer in stock at warehouse, no problem.
However it took 6 days and two emails to receive my order, when the staff in the shop intimated that I would receive my order, if not next day then the following.
Very dissappointed.
Havens
Outstanding service
I ordered two Denby dinner sets from Havens as they were the best value.
The whole ordering process was simple and hassle free.
I received an email to say my order had been dispatched. My order arrived the following day. Unfortunately one of the mugs had a chip, I emailed Havens and received a reply the same day apologising and informing me that a replacement would be sent. I was delighted and surprised when the replacement mug arrived the very next day. Fantastic service.
