terrible experience. no stock, still waiting after 2 months.

My initial impressions were positive, a decent website, really good prices.
However, after ordering, that's where the positive impressions ended.

The eta for my glasses was 4 days.
2 months later, with no explanation, I was still waiting. In the end, I had to cancel my order, and look elsewhere. smartbuyglasses had no way of telling me when my glasses would actually be delivered, and just kept sending me a standard email that it may be anytime between 1 and 3 months (all this after telling me it'd take around a week).

No idea why they take orders when they do not have the stock, and seem to have no way of getting hold of it.

On top of all this, the customer service was very rude and snappy.

Don't be conned - it may be cheap, but you get what you pay for!
