After placing my order I was quickly informed that the order was to be expected between particular dates, a day after the last expecting date my order had not come, but I was emailed with details explaining that there was a problem with stock managment. After a week I emailed with request for an update and 2 hours later I was told again that there were issues with stock coming from Germany. That weekend I was given another dispatch notice and surely, the Tueday after my order was recieved! I like very much that the customer services department had kept me updated well.
