I have to say since Healthspan have switched to using Post Direct to deliver their products, the delivery times have gone up considerably. Having been a loyal customer for several years I receive a loyalty discount which covers the cost of the Post Direct Standard Delivery charge. However, all orders I've made since Healthspan have switched to Post Direct have taken longer than the 10 days stated on their website. To be fair when one product I ordered hadn't been delivered after 12 days, Healthspan did send me a replacement. The service was considerably better when they used Royal Mail & items used to arrive within a week at the most of the order date. That's saying something with all the poor press Royal Mail gets these days.
I suffer from a chronic illness that causes problems with my memory. I now find I have to remember to order a new supply of the items well in advance to make sure I get them before they run out, not easy I can tell you. I've run out several times recently which never happened before Post Direct got involved. I'm not prepared to pay £19.95 each time I want my items delivered within a few days. So come on Healthspan you really need to look at the courier service you now use. Otherwise I (& others I suspect) will be going elsewhere.
