I bought an electric guitar for my son and as a non-guitar playing mummy, didn't realise that he would want a "big" amp, I also bought the wrong size!!! We contacted Dangleberry who sent the loveliest email with details of how to return and advice on what to buy. As soon as they received the returned guitar they credited our account and sent an email to us to let us know; no suggestion that we needed to order the new items and have a "credit" on our account with them.
I am incredibly impressed with the personal service and absolutely delightful people who work there (so not be put off by the email only enquiries, they get back to you immediately).
Please support this great independent company; they deserve to succeed.

I paid over £12 for next day delivery (before 5.30pm) but the parcel did not arrive until 6.45pm.
I was also charged £1.25 for a text alert when delivery was made. It seems that I ticked a box to ask for that. I must admit I was in a rush and didn't notice the charge for this. I was charged but no text sent!!
They have said I will be refunded the text charge because no text was sent and that they will take it up with the courier company but no refund yet and altogether a disappointing experience.
