We purchased a rather expensive twin buggy which we were told was for next day delivery. However, it later transpired that this was not the case as it was produced by Bebecar. We were told that we should expect the item within 14 days of placing the order. We received the item well after this time and we did not feel as though the customer service department was at all helpful. When trying to contact the customer service department we found on many days that they did not pick up the phone until after 10:00 am and always closed by 16:00. We sent an email expressing our disappointment at the service delivery whilst providing SimplyBaby with the opportunity to respond to our feelings of poor service delivery and they did not even bother to respond to this email. Very disappointing all round!
