Badly packed item which arrived damaged

The item (a reasonably delicate plastic vehicle light) was sent loose in a box without any protection. Predictably it arrived smashed and the company insisted it was returned before they would send a replacement. This was just before Christmas which resulted in my vehicle being off the road way longer than was necessary.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your damaged item. On average we post 30 light units per day with our courier, and have only had 2 reported breakages in the last 12 Months. We would usually open each box, check the light and add extra padding to ensure safe delivery. I understand you now have your replacement light. All our returns will be freepost, we do require broken items back to be able to claim from our couriers.

Excellent source of tools and supplies for the home-mechanic

I use Frost for all those harder-to-find materials: vinyl paint, tube notchers, weld-through primer, etc. Delivery is always quick and I've never had a problem with their products.
