Delivery performance poor

The website information on delivery timeline was incorrect. Next day actually meant up to 7 days. I only found this out on the day I was expecting the delivery and had changed my plans so I could take receipt of the goods. :(

They have processed my refund quickly, but just not good enough in today's e-commerce environment.

Hi Mark, thank you for your honest review. I completly agree that the delivery information on the filing cabinet you ordered was incorrect. I appologise for any inconvenience caused. Your refund has been processed today. Only the A4 filing cabinets are available the next working day however the Foolscap ones (like you ordered) take between 2 and 5 working days - not next day as shown online. I will amend to online information as soon as possible. Sorry for your poor online experience with us - it was an administratove error and not a deliberate one.
