Bought an MP3 player from them as I had purchased DVD's without much problems in the past. MP3 player stopped working after about a month so tried returning it to Play.Com. I went through the help process and couldnt see how to return the item so I wrote to customer services. That was two weeks ago and still no response.
Ok I have lost the cost of the MP3 player but they have lost any further business from me and at every opportunity I will tell people how bad their customer service is.
Purchased one day arrived the next and the cheapest price on the Internet. What more could you ask for keep up the good work.
