Most clothes ok-stock delivery iffy

About 2/3 of the clothes are fab but there are some didge ones.

The main issue i have is stock control- placed an order for an A line dress but postage is quite hugh so added some other items to make it worth my while- order dipsatched yay.....oh hang on what this other email- an item has been left off your order we have refunded you please see packing slip for mission items- you guessed it my A line dress- and to return the other items id have to pay return postage.

i id like the other items sent thank god but
I think its unfair that i couldn't be told BEFORE dispatch exactly what item was missing


WOW!! Customer Service like no other!


After leaving EKM do to financial issues

IM BACK! and i have to say that the customer service is even better then before- i had help resigning up and also a phonecall to make sure all was well, when i had an issue directing my domain to my new site it was sorted on the phone there and then- and also re confirmed via email and facebook.

There is a fast customer support response time by email, facebook and phonecall.

They do not charge commision on orders and once you are signed up you have the freedom to treat the shop as your own.

All the free feautures are a godsend and after leaving ive now learnt that you cant get better.

EKMpowershop have excellent customer service-i signed up to have an on-line store with them and within 24 hours id had a welcome email offering help, a personal phone call, and an invite to a webinar!

-every time i have a question-no matter how small ( i feel like some of my questions must seem ridiculous) i have a swift reply within hours, in simple terms i can understand with an invite to ask more questions if needed.

After setting up my shop i had another phone call checking that i was doing ok and understood everything.

The layout of the website and tools for managing your shop are simple and easy to use-with lots of help at hand.

you can even have aplay around in a shop FOR FREE to decide which template you like BEFORE buying-this is valueble as i spend a coupld of hours finalising what kind of design i would like before i even had to sign up!

The templates available is very high quality and variable so there is something for everyone and you can change all elements to suit your site.

The webinars can be booked at a time to suit you as well as the phone calls-they really fit in around you! and the webinars are often enough that if you decided to go it alone in the beginning you can still join a webinar a little later if you started to struggle.

I cannot speak highly enough of them and i would recommend them to both new and old on-line shop owners.

you wont be disappointed with EKM a real credit to on-line shop services!
