IPAD3 Repair
I managed to smash my screen shortly after receiving my new ipad3 - i sent it off for a diagnosis - the diagnosis was turned around in 24 hours - i was provided with options for repair (glass, home button and some purely cosmetic in terms of scratches if i wanted them)- the cost of the diagnosis was taken deducted from the repair costs - i made my selection - the work was undertaken - ipad returned in the post good as new - all within 8 days!
During the works I was kept fully informed by email, once the works were finished I phoned the contact number (got through on my second attempt) and was informed the ipad was ready to dispatch.
I was very cautious given some of the bad reviews given on here - but I had no need to worry.
