John Lewis
A haven of good service and sanity in an otherwise dire world
Both John Lewis and Waitrose have yet to let me down. The online shopping experience at both is second to none. I am disabled and the deliverymen/women are only too happy to bring goods into my house and put them where I want them.
Also, being disabled, shopping is a chore that I try to avoid but visits to my nearest JLP or Waitrose are an exception. I find the attitude, friendliness and knowledgeable advice of the partners are almost enough to make sopping a pleasure.

Unfortunately my recent purchase from Jura has yet to arrive, although money has left my bank account.
