I ordered some parts which i needed urgently and paid extra.i was told my parts would arrive by 12.00pm when they didnt i contacted my supplier and was told that at 11.11 the parcel was marked as "unable to find address".i find this unbelievable as i live on the main road in a villiage not 200m long and the name of the house is written in the porch. Later on i was told that the driver couldnt find the parcel on the van?the parcel had already been marked as unable to find address,after further enquiries i was told that the parcel was on the van and would be with me at some point.The driver had my telephone number but didnt ring,he claimed that the telephone number he had been given was the wrong one,however on inspection of the parcel my phone number is correct and clearly visible.This is the second time no communication has been made by phone when there has been a problem.I will not be useing this company ever again and in future i will ensure any of my suppliers ,when supplying me, use an alternative company,Dreadful service,poor excuses.

I'm very sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed and that our communication with you wasn't as clear as it could have been.
It seems that the driver was having difficulty locating your address and this was the root cause of the issue.
