shocking service

6 weeks still no unlock but they have my money, they are ignoring calls emails and Skype unless its a new sale something not quite right here stay away

Hi Matt

You were actually refunded the minute you asked, but you must be aware that it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

Also how would we know prior to answering a call whether it was a new sale or not? All calls are answered.
