worst customer service ever

ordered 3 products from this company. one came within there 5 day allocation for delivery but from here on in they were shocking.
one of the games i ordered was out of stock and i have to wait 3 months for it so i requested that the other game be sent straight away as it was in stock. 4 weeks later i still have no games.
i emailed the customer service line and they said it would be dispatched within 24 hours which was a load of rubbish.
they have taken the money out of my account for the game and as it has taken so long i have decided to get the game else where but they are now saying that the money wasnt taken from my account when my bank statment clearly states it has. But since bring this up in an email they have chosen to ignore my emails.

complete joke of a company and strongly recommend using any company other than this one.
