WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT YET!!

You dont have to take my word for it but please search google and youtube for actual videos about their support. Theres one lazy guy and woman in an office in the us somewhere literally leaving you on hold until boredom and even their chat applet on their site leaves you hanging.
Cheap cams with loads of problems and youll never get support. Pay more and go with different brand.....ive learned the hard way

After a few problems Sammy was great

I have revised my review about parcel2go.

i originally had a problem which obviously upset me. I feel the need to revise this because the support I received from Sammy was outstanding and he tracked my parcel all the way.

Rude ignorant customer service never available on phones

Warning!!! Get onto your card company and claim your money back now before they go administration!!! They have done this before as stated by other reviews.
I order hundreds of pounds worth of items a year .
I thought I'd try this company as they had a good deal on a Nas I needed.

I ordered on the 1st of November which was Friday and its now the 7th with still no sign of delivery status.

I contacted one of the staff by email which took the whole day to reply only to tell me that they don't process at all after 3 on Fridays until Monday. Then your up to 5 days start.

The guy was rude and ignorant.

Their phones are never available and trust me I tried for two days only to hear a an advert about how great they are then it cuts you off.

All the reviews with only 1 review are false. Theres no way this company can ever get good reviews. There is a petition on a site to get them closed down. I cant belive the 20th centuary country we live in and they cannot touch them. Lame government.....

Used ebuyer for around 7 years

Couple more years have passed and yes im still using ebuyer for a bulk of my hardware as a system builder.

Ebuyer have been consistent and have always prevailed in my prefered hardware sites. Their delivery is excellent and are the only compnay i know that deliver next day until 10pm!!!!!! Amazing for impatient people like me!

My main site are a misture of Ebuyer, Amazon and ebay for screens etc or hard to find parts.

Well done and keep up good work ebuyer!
