Ordered a high-value bottle of whisky which arrived two days later in perfect condition and carefully packaged.
I gave my address correctly when placing my order, however whoever despatched the package entered the address incorrectly, which meant the delivery driver could not find the address. I have just spent 10 minutes of my time (and money) on the phone to HDNL to rectify the despatcher's mistake and re-arrange delivery for next week, when I will be able to be at home to accept delivery. Not great...
