Initial order for two Orlando stools processed and received very efficiently. However, after ordering more was then contacted and told they were out of stock until mid June, in spite of the website accepting my order and Atlantic taking my money, which I was not happy about - bad practice in my opinion. Stock was still showing on website next day so clearly not updated. I then amended to a different colour and still had to wait another few weeks to receive them. Product however is of a good standard for the price paid.

As we experience a high turnover of stools every day, we sometimes need to wait for notification from our warehouse when something has fallen out of stock. In the event that this happens, we contact our customers straight away, so we can look into other available options. The website is usually promptly updated, with the status of our goods.
In regard to payment, this is usually processed at the time of placing an order. This means that whether immediately available or otherwise, the customer guarantees the goods for themselves. For most of our customers , this is convenient as they do not need to worry about sourcing the funds later on into their order.
