Hopeless to get in touch with
I've had broadband and telephone for a while. It's OK all the time its working and they are taking the direct debits. If you need to talk to someone for a communications company they are useless.
We are moving house, within the same exchange, and they can't transfer the number so we are changing supplier

Can't be faulted, simple and quick to deal with
Dead simple to deal with, order on line, had a query and could call and get someone sensible to talk to without endless options.
Delivery and billing all as expected.
Quality of goods as expected.
