Ordered my glasses at around 3pm, made a mistake with the delivery address so called the helpline, answered very quickly and very helpful, got my delivery address changed and was informed that delivery would be the next day. Glasses were indeed delivered the next day in a secure package and had little extras in the box that i was not expecting which was also a nice touch. Very pleased
