Terrible service. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I get tracking number from seller, when i checked it was saying, that been signed by neighbour on the 05/05/2012 10:22 ( not says what flat ,no sorry you were out card been left for me, no info at all)when i escalate this case to seller's customer servise, status been change to (05/05/2012 10:22 Signature From Customer ) it was completeley different status few days ago. LIARS,i never received an item.
DON'T USE THIS COURIER, VERY BAD SERVICE
