I have only made 1 order on this website (Diablo 3). It was preordered about 3 weeks in advance and i have to say i am very displeased with their services. Firstly the game being preordered it should have arrived the day it was released but ok, lets say they had stock problems and i can live with that. Now, over a week has passed since the dispatch and i haven't heard a word about my order. The last email i sent them is being ignored of course because i asked them what is wrong with my order and they probably don't know or don't care because they already took my money, which is all that matters, not the satisfaction of the customer.
I may be too subjective, or i may have too high standards but either way i strongly recommend avoiding this site and try something you can trust. Pay that transport fee but be sure your order arrives on time or even arrives at all.
