My Northface Parka (Charcoal) is gorgeously warm and stylish. I don't like the fur part of the hood - but that's removable, so not a problem. Cost about £30 less than I could find any where else and the service from gearforgirls was first rate - with very quick delivery
I ordered 2 of the metal standalone door stops. They arrived the next day, exactly what I need - one of them had a broken rubber O ring. I phoned customer service, my call was answered immediately, by a very helpful gentleman, who put a replacement in the post immediately, (before our return item had even reached the post office). The replacement arrived the next day in perfect condition
Extensive tour, lots of info - very good for gaining orientation in Dubai.
what could have been better: Easier instructions to find out exactly where to exchange our online booking for a proper ticket - this would include which points do/do not have this service, and a better description of exactly where to find the desk (rather than just knowing there is a stop at some point near a (big) shopping mall).
We nearly went straight to the boat cruise site for our first onboard - so glad we didn't as we wouldn't have been to get on, as there was no one there to provide us with the proper tickets.
The boat cruise was great. It should have been made clear though that free water is only on the bus, and excluded from the boat. Refreshment costs on the boat were very high. It would have been helpful for the boat stop to have a "big bus" sign so that we knew which boat to look and wait for.
The pdf which we printed from the website was far too small to read detail (resolution was not good enough to print a larger version) - it would have been extremely helpful to be able to have a legible map in order to find our first onboarding point (bigger maps available once tour joined)
