good service, not great sizes

no tall section all dresses very short, plus sizes are small

decreasing level of service

was with Vodafone for about 2-3 years. in the last year, I had various problems including the receipt of a debt collector letter of which monies I did not owe. This took weeks and what felt like 100s of phonecalls to fix and in the end they realised they were wrong - doesn't help that they don't have a UK call centre so there is a language barrier. Various other problems including money being taken from my account which was not due, or anything to do with me, which was eventually resolved. did not have any problems with vodafone in the 1st 1-2 years, and resulted in changing to orange, which have much better service, better website and bill format.

great service

brilliant idea, i pay 4.89 a month and get 2 dvds in this time (one at at time) when you post the dvd back they resend another one out almost immediately. although recently it has been a bit slower than when i first joined 2 years ago.

Yodel

apalling service

Yodel were meant to call my mobile when delivering so I could nip out of work to my house to sign (in the same street), instead they called my house despite confirming the call over the phone with customer service beforehand and told it was not a problem. This lead to my parcel being taken to Perth depot, about 40 mins drive for me as the next delivery would be over a week later. As I finish at 5.15 this would be pretty impossible for me to collect with the depot shutting at 6pm. Did try to dash up one evening but was too late. Then tried to arrange re delivery which was a lot of nonsence of being thrown between the seller and Yodel. Absolute waste of time.

CEWE Photoworld

website difficult to use/disappointing price

website was difficult to use, as my photos kept disapearing from the album as I worked on it. I had to replace the same photos over and over at least 10 times. I quickly ordered the album while they were still visable, however when previewing after they had disapeared again so I phoned Photoworld and the woman said they were actually still in the book?? Also the overall price was £26 (despite being quite a small book) including £5 courier delivery which still took about a week to arrive.

Was reasonably happy with the layout of the photos etc, but the price for the size of the book, delivery and problems when using the site, would definitley prevent me from
