Ordered product(s) from MyProtein at the end of October 2012, eventually I got my order late November 2012. Once I realised (after about 10 days) that the products were not coming I rang MyProtein. Eventually I got through to them and they told me to wait a few more days. Anyway, long story cut short, I made a total of five calls to customer services (waited over 2 hours in total to be connected (all calls) and thus had to pay A LOT on my phone bill) and was promised things that still haven't arrived! (Such as a blender I was promised worth £10). All I was offered, after a lot of rining, was either £10 off or 10%. It was a massive kick in the teeth considering I use them all the time and have recommended them to pretty much everyone due to lower prices than others as well as good products. Needless to say, althought I will continue to use them, I will not be recommending them. Feel mistreated and don't feel like i'm a valued customers. The customer service and management need to buck up there ideas.
A very unhappy customer with problems still unresolved and unforgotten (although i'm certain they have).

I have tried a number of different protein products and for myself, Cyclone is the best. Good mix ability, great taste and very few side effects (apart from the obvious ones). The results are staggering.
However, these products are the most expensive on the market (and for a reason - they are the best no doubt) but I will only purchase them when there is a good deal on. TO be fair to MM, they put deals on all the time but they aren't all relevant to my needs. For now at least, I have reverted back to the cheaper product from a different company. Although not as effective, it still is good enough for my needs. I am always waiting for the decent deals on MM though.
