Ordered a hard disk on 4th Feb, still not received it even though the item was shown as "in stock" on that day. Payment was taken on 6th Feb. Phoned taday after failing to get a satisfactory reply to my queries, because the link they provide in their responses states that the password does not match the order number. After 10 minutes chatting, was told the item couldn't be cancelled because it was in the post, but that it was in process of being delivered to the warehouse from europe.
