Placed order on line. Message said parts to follow so order won't be despatch until all are available ( crazy on a £2.6k order) so phoned to change to delivery in two days. Told that as order has just gone on system it cant be changed for half an hour!! so phoned again on monday morning using the number on the ordef, they said i has no order on the system, sfter working out it wss a trade order i had to phone back again on another number as i couldnt be transfered arrangerd order to be delivered on the wednesdsy That night at 8pm get text to say order will arrive tomorrow , phone the nber on the text goes to answerphone as it says the company closes at 5pm. So rearrange my schedule for the next day on Tuesdsy I phone to complain and am told its a system generated message and the order will be delivered as arranged on Wednesday after all ( apparently the system can't cope with anything but a next day order!!
The only good bit of my first trade account experience was a very pleasant delivery driver!!
I only hope that I don't find any roblems when I come to open the boxes as my expectation of your ability to solve any issues is close to zero!!
