I bought a ladder from Toolstop which was at an excellent price from what the web price comparison pages told me. It arrived very quickly (not delivered by Toolstop but direct by the manufacturers). It didn't come well wrapped and had some dents. I called Toolstop and spoke to a nice guy there, and they sorted a replacement which came within 2 working days (marginally better wrapped!). So not a flawless experience but a good one nevertheless - I'd still recommend Toolstop because of price and good customer service.
