First delivery was fine. Second delivery got botched by FedEx, making it a day late. Food itself was a bit close to expiration date (about 6 weeks shy) and one can in the batch so far has looked a bit old and unappetizing. When Petflow got word of this (through my deleting of the account, at least temporarily, with the intention of trying other brands from a store) they were very solicitous about it and voluntarily refunded me for a damaged can. I will probably sign up again later on.
