I have no problem with the service provided, but I am unhappy about the number of unsolicited marketing phone calls I receive. I find them very invasive and annoying as I am happy with the level of service I have at present and if I wish to change, I would do so online when my current 12 month contract expires
I now shop at their new superstore in Hemsworth and find the staff and choice of goods excellent,
I am disabled and can park quite easily as they have provided a large car park .
I am not happy with the way in which prices are increased from one week to the next i.e. mincement was 2 for £6.00 then 5 days later 2 for £7.00, dried apricots 500g was £2.38 one week, the next £2.98
I have been a member of ebay for quite a few years now and always check to see whether or not I can find the goods I require but I have noticed that many times the 'buy it now' items are considerably more expensive than at other sales outlets - so I tend to use the 'auction' only sellers
I have dealt with Amazon for quite a few years and have no quarrel with them at all,
I find the prices at which goods are sold are very competitive and I always check to see what prices they are offering when I am in the market to purchase any goods and I have saved considferable sums of money over the years
We purchased a Bosch food processor which was despatched very quickly but to our dismay, it was faulty and therefore had to be returned. The company were very good - they replaced the item at no further cost to ourselves but the communication could be improved - very abrupt in the manner in which we were dealt with but the replacement is excellent and works very well.
