The Chesterfield Company

Good product but poor customer service

I odered a sofa from the Chesterfield company, it eventually arrived much later than initially promised, and it didn't look as good as the product images on the website (even though the sofa I ordered had the exact same specifications as the ones shown).

The customer service is poor for a company that does business online: they don't pick up the phone, if you email them it takes days to reply and most of all they're barely polite.

I wouldn't buy from them again.
