My Tuxedo
Very fast and easy transaction. Goods OK too.
Ordered a waistcoat on Friday and asked for the fast delivery. It arrived on Monday. I had got the size wrong and exchange process is very simple, easy and fast. By Tuesday, I had the replacement! That was sent normal post so fast delivery is probably not needed. Good product. Happy with everything.
Interparcel
Serious damage twice & late collection but insurance works!
Negatives:
Bought an expensive CAD plotter & the courier must have rested it in a deep puddle. Package virtually destroyed by water. Insurance paid out for value.
Within a week another package I sent was twisted and bent. Again, insurance OK.
Both parcels were very well packed.
A fortnight later a parcel was collected several days later than the arranged day without proper explanation.
Positives:
Other parcels have been collected & delivered OK & online experience is good. Costs and options are good.

Helpful phone assistance and quick delivery
Found them on the internet but dealt with them by phone, not web. Initial phone contact pleasant. Order taken for glasses frames and delivery all without hassle and delivery within the expected time frame. Product as expected. No problems. Would purchase again.
