The website correctly showed that the item was on order and when I went ahead and placed my order anyway, they called me to make sure I understood what was going on. Once it was available (almost immediately as it turned out) they arranged for the delivery on a day that perfectly suited me.

I can't fault them.

And the Natal drum kit they sold me is pretty spiffy, too.
