I shopped around for some time looking for a decent company to buy some specific drinks from, and The Whisky Exchange came up trumps in terms of price, speed of delivery, quality of packing and keeping me informed every step of the way. Now when I need a drink that's hard to find I will start with them every time.
Purchased an engagement ring from this store and it was cheap and nasty. The stones were of poor quality and I wasnt happy to give it to my girlfriend as an engagement ring. I emailed, phoned and left voice messages countless times to try and talk to someone about the ring and get it returned, but no one answered the phone or replied to a single message. In the end I was forced to get my money back through my bank. I would NEVER buy from this store again and I'm surprised they are still trading.
After trying to buy an engagement ring and getting ripped off by www.diamondjewellerystore.co.uk I was really unsure about buying another one from the internet. Purely Diamonds came up high in Google and looked way more professional. They have actual pictures of their store online and when you phone there is more than one person to speak to. They kept me informed every step of the way while the ring was being made. When it arrived I was actually in real shock for a good few minutes. The ring from the previous store looked like it had come from a Christmas cracker in comparison. I just couldnt believe the difference in build and gem quality. It also came with an official and detailed evaluation certificate for insurance purposes, something else I didnt get with the previous company. All in all I am delighted with my purchase and the friendly people at the store and will most definitely be talking to them again when I need to buy 2 wedding rings. Its also worth taking note for those who care, this store does not trade in conflict diamonds... something which I also think is very important.
Thanks to Emelie and Purely Diamonds for making my engagement better than I could have imagined.
