Very poor
Ordered a wireless LAN adapter & paid £5.99 for a next day delivery, which didn't materialise. Customer 'service' on the 'phone very poor & unhelpful (almost to the point of silence), and that was once I had managed to get hold of them (getting a recorded message every few minutes for 2 hours). Wouldn't use them again - lesson learned.

Superb service - again
I ordered from Glasses Direct again after foolishly losing a pair of glasses bought from them previously (and having been very pleased with the service received before). After ordering early on the Wednesday morning I emailed them to see if they could be turned around quickly as I needed them for driving. They said they would mark them as urgent, and lo and behold I had an email the next day to say they had been despatched and they turned up on my doorstep on the Friday. Incredible!! Just 2 days to manufacture and get them to me, and the glasses are absolutely great (as they were before). Top rate service, excellent product and a good price - I'll certainly be back!

As the price of the product was so good I was able to pay for next-day delivery and still get it cheaper than rivals that were on a 4 - 5 day service. Goods were as described, well packaged and arrived early the next day. Can't ask for more!
