Kenwood Travel misinterpreted our Dubai hotel's accommodation proposals, meaning that my wife and I faced spending our holiday with our 9 year old son sharing our double bed! When I pointed this out to them, Kenwood Travel offered no compensation, but sought to blame the hotel and even when I asked about compensation, they took a long time to get no where. However, when I made some suggestions for compensation, they did finally agree to pay for some waterpark tickets for us, but again it took a long time and my chasing, to come to fruition! Thanks to a room upgrade by the hotel, we escaped having to share our bed with my son!
This is the third time I've used Blinds 2 Go with no problems at all. In fact usefully they were able to remind me of the colour I'd previously ordered ages ago and wished to match this time again. Ordering was simple on the phone and the blinds arrived promptly with no problems. Fitting took 4 screws only and job done.
Required radiator arrived on time but had been damaged in transit through careless handling - 3 of the 4 corners were scratched where they had broken through the packaging. Currently in the process of getting the radiator replaced for an undamaged version!
