A trusted store but with issues

This is the second time I've purchased from wells poultry. On both occasions I have purchased a galvanised rat proof chicken feeder along with other items. On both occasions (several years apart) the feeder has arrived damaged. The packaging appears insufficient to protect the bottom part which gets bent easily. On first occasion resolved with little fuss with a discount refund. Second time i have straightened it. It's not perfect but not bothered about complaining. Other than that no particular issues and would certainly purchase items from there in the future.
