Zavvi

My first choice for videogames!

I have been a regular user of Zavvi.com for quite some time and have always been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Prices are always among the best available, and combined with their free UK delivery and very reasonable European shipping, what's not to like?

Whenever I have had to contact customer service I have had a swift response and my query was always dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner.

Packaging is generally excellent and I very rarely have anything damaged.in transit. On the few occasions I have received damaged items (which is usually the fault of the parcel carrier) I have never had any problems getting a replacement sent out very quickly.

On several occasions they have succeeded in getting hold of very hard to come by games when I could not find them anywhere else, which is always awesome.

I love that discount codes are frequently given out to regular customers, and they have recently begun a Facebook page dedicated to all things gaming, 'Zavvi Gamerz'. This has been a great addition and it's nice to be able to talk to fellow 'Gamerz' and create a sense of friendship between Zavvi staff and customers.

Obviously, just like any business, Zavvi is there to make a profit, however, unlike most stores Zavvi seems to genuinely take an interest in it's customers and provides one of the best levels of service in the business. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars.
