Bad After Service

My order arrived quickly, but one item arrived without a serrated washer, (like the other identical item), to prevent it from rotating. It took the sales team 3 days to reply to my e-mail when they informed that I was expected to write separately to their technical department. I am still waiting for a reply from them!
