Went to store 574 in the Gateshead metro centre to replace a watch battery. All the local jewellers couldn't do the size of watch ie 48 mm dial, but they could, also pressure tested for water resistance. Great job done and the person in the shop was friendly and great service.
Ordered flowers for an anniversary and paid the premium for a morning delivery. They never came and after twice phoning I just was told the driver was 'confused' .... Load of BS. I cancelled the order.
They always say that the loyalist customers are the ones that have been well looked after when there's a problem.... Well I
After several years using interflora I won't be again. No apology, nothing to make ISP for the terrible service etc.

Well my wife was supposed to have her Vodafone switched on today with a number transfer from orange. They sent the confirmation text and nothing happened after 5 hrs. After calling and waiting in a queue to see what happened they had it booked for tomorrow. After 45 mins to their Indian call centre(several departments later) who appear to only be able to read off a computer screen my wife gave up and went back to Orange after calling their newcastle based customer service team. A little bit more expensive but worth even penny.

Wanted to charge me £59 to use a credit card and £29 to use PayPal......
The website works well but they try their best to mislead you with greyed out responses to decision like do you want a meal.... No thanks is greyed out.
Why can't they just be transparent and fair.
Bought a tv at currys yesterday and tv good but stand had wrong parts, wrongly numbed. God knows who manufactured it. Currys did exchange parts for correct ones but its simple stuff to get this right first time rather than the hours I wasted building and rebuilding the stand. Once up looks good.
They couldn't have made it more difficult to get a £2 statutory credit report... even after finding it hidden at the bottom of their website.
Please be aware that you are entitled to a statutory credit report for £2 rather than their expensive products... if you can waste the time to get it sent out.
I downloaded the app and got 5 free abstracts ... Excellent. I then paid for a further 3 bundle at 13.99 and after 1 it registered 0 remaining. I have tried to contact via the app support but no response after 1 week. Shame as the book collection looks good but I won't use again unless they can resolve this.
Well another year of games, admiral multi car was far more expensive than single insurance and they really couldnt care when i phoned - its simply maths to them. Well its maths to me also so I changed and recommend everyone to challenge and search for the best deals every year.
having to go through the annual game of silly insurance premium increases is crazy.
why can't they simply be transparent and honest and quote the price that will keep your business.
anyway, they lost the business.
