I use em all the time!
I have been a customer now for over 1 year. Use em about once a month and have to say. They have never failed me. The only time they did make a small misstake they gave me a 10gpb voucher as compensation. I live in Norway but the outstanding customer service makes me choose this UK based company instead of simalar Norwegian companys.
Wideroe
One of the best companys to operate in Norway and Europe.
I fly with Wideroe on a regular basis and atleast 8-12 times per year. I always book my flight online and you can access the webpages by just writing wf.no
Great service, never any problems. Staff wonderful and they have some off the best trained pilots in the World. This is a must when operating from mostly small airfields in harsh terrain and often bad weather conditions. A bit pricy sometimes but most things are in Norway. However they do show cheaper options on the lowcost calender. My only worrie is what will happend to Wideroe cus it's a sister company owned to 100 percent by SAS. As we all know SAS is a sinking ship :S

Bad customer service, slow replys if you even get a reply it's offensive and they don't try to help you or just ignore you. Don't use much better operators out there.

PHISING, SCAM DO NOT TRUST!
BIG WARNING FOR THIS PAGE. AFTER I USED IT, 3 WEEKS LATER MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WAS USED FOR FRAUD. REMARK THAT I HAD NOT EVER PAID WITH THAT CARD BEFORE ON ANY ONLINE PAGE, ACTUALLY IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED IT. Also please note that the company is registerd in Istanbul. This is more then enough for you to be very careful. Would you send your credit card info to someone unknown in Turkey? Cus the page dosen't say CLEARLY that it is a company registerd in Istanbul. Your credit card statment does however. BIG WARNING. DO NOT USE!
