Generally quite good.
Carriage is too expensive, too much pushing of kindle, and poor feedback on items out of stock are sometimes problems. When it works it is very good, particularly for obscure second hand books tat our out of print.

The only way to buy train tickets
Needs a bit of forethought, but the only way to buy tickets, reduces train fares from extortionate to acceptable, particularly on long journeys.

Waste of space
Heavy advertising and promotion, several abortive vists and still no connection over a year later. Do not cancel your old providers until virgin are proven to be providing all you need!

Does the job
Would be pretty bad if Ryanair did not exist to show us how bad it can be. On short journeys EJ does the job, and staff are usually fine. The one hand bag, not even an extra ladies handbag or mans small briefcase is crazy. The time wasted stuffing these items in the main hand luggage holds up boarding and affects timekeeping. Tight changeovers means small delays knock in through the day - we were 90 minutes late on Friday evening.

Order on line, delivery within two days, no need to speak to anyone! Prices competitive, not always cheapest but usually very close. Would use again. Food is brand named so not differentiated. The dogs like it!
