We saw the products on the internet, then went to see them one Saturday, around Xmas time. They took our order and they made a mistake with one product, which we realized when we got the order confirmation via e-mail and we end up paying an extra £99.
That Saturday when we placed our order, we agreed on a delivery date: end of March. Later on, they wanted to deliver the order by mid February and I had to discuss/fight with them for them to keep my order in the warehouse and them paying the storage cost. When the order finally arrived, they forgot to deliver the cleaning kit, it was a freeby, included in the order as a special promotion or something. I had to contact them to get it delivered, I got it, without a letter, e-mail, explanation... apologies....
Products are good, customer experience was really bad. I will not recommend "The Chesterfield Company" to any friends or family.
